This Metallic Long-lasting Gel Eyeliner is a light water-in-silicone emulsion which contains highly concentrated pigments. It is a creamy gel formula which is waterproof, smudge-proof and longwearing. It features:

BRB 6373 & BRB 6341: act as water-in-silicone emulsifier.
BRB CM 50: aids in spreadability and offers light emolliency to skin.
BRB Color Lock: acts as a film former providing color transfer resistance and long-lasting effect.
