The combination of Kester Wax K-82H #124 and Enhans PC-38 #447 provides excellent structure while keeping the stick creamy. Enhans SC-78 #355 allows the incorporation of a silicone into the formula without the risk of blooming, and feels silky on the lips. A formulation by Koster Keunen.
